Viktor Orbán has become such a global actor that only very few Hungarians have been able to do since the Hunyadis. This can confirm our assumption that even a small country can play a major role if the spiritual, moral and intellectual energies of its inhabitants make it suitable for this - Gábor Tóth, journalist of vasarnap.hu, talked to economist László Bogár, lecturer at the Károl Gáspár Reformed University.

According to Bogár, the main challenge is the world war. A war that would last for years, or even decades, began now, or rather entered its active, bloody and, above all, visible phase. The deepest reason for this world war is that the United States of America, which has been operating as a world empire for almost a hundred years, is apparently less and less suitable for this function. During the last six hundred years, the previous five empires (Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch, French, British) have fallen roughly every hundred years, and the same fate awaits America. However, since neither the Seventh World Empire nor the World Pact can "trigger" the logic of the world empire, there is no "hundred-year peace" on the horizon, so the "hundred-year war" seems to be the most likely global power scenario.

This situation is extremely challenging for a "locality" with little bargaining power like Hungary.

The main task is to always be as far away from the "active zone" of the war as possible. The interactions that define the European Union - between Germany and Russia as nearby empires and America and China as distant empires - will determine our room for maneuver, so we can only make "moves" that do not create waves in the direction of either of them that could lead to serious retaliation .

Extraordinary discipline, decisive and immediately responsive action, but at the same time great flexibility, governmental activity capable of responding immediately to any dramatic changes will be needed in all areas. The structure and composition of the new government also confirms this.

The government continues to work on the enforcement of the basic national values set out in the Basic Law. However, it should be noted that the conditions for their enforcement will most likely deteriorate, and in some cases even change radically and permanently. Population and family policy are crucial because the main question of national destiny is whether Hungarian society will be able to give birth to the world and raise the next generation in physical and mental health.

It is therefore quite certain that this will continue to be a priority in the future, but presumably here, as well as in the case of other crucial issues, the resources must be used much more thoughtfully and in a more targeted manner.

More decisive and comprehensive and coordinated work is also needed in rural development than ever before, because the protracted world war greatly increases the value of the complex food economy and the fact that the social stability of the countryside is successfully based on this. Since one of the main weapons of the global power struggle is "sanctions" - which brutally destroys global supply chains -, the position of multinational companies operating in our country also becomes uncertain, and this draws even more attention to the fact that the state's development resources are being used by global players it must be regrouped more and more decisively towards local actors. Last but not least - "a sound mind in a sound body" - strengthening the spiritual, moral and spiritual foundations of health and education, culture and Hungarianness will hopefully also be among the main tasks.

Another hope is that Viktor Orbán has become a global player, which only very few Hungarians have been able to do since the Hunyas, and this can confirm our assumption that even a small country can play a serious role if the spiritual, moral and intellectual energies of the people living there are suitable for it. they do. This is the only hope for Hungarians today.
