Párbeszéd asked the big question on its social media page, whether people support the Ryanair airline or the government in the controversial issue between the parties, but the people's answer was sobering. The question also inspired LMP's Péter Ungár, who rightly wondered how a green party in principle could stand on the side of an environmentally polluting airline, read the PestiSrácok portal.
Although it is a resounding promise when a party campaigns that they will do and represent what the people ask of them, work for them, want what the majority wants, it often turns out that the majority is more sane than the party that uses the waves of words ride. This happened again when Párbeszéd put the Ryanair versus government issue to a vote and the majority of respondents (1,700) supported the government, while the rest (660) supported the airline on the controversial issue.
The big fall on the face was crowned Péter Ungár As he put it: Legitimate criticism of the government is not lucky if it turns into flattering big companies . The fact that Ryanair's tax burden would increase would not be a problem in itself.
As is well known, the government imposed a special extra-profit tax on large companies, which Ryanair passed on to passengers, and because of this, a consumer protection investigation was launched.
