From September, about 74,000 young people will be able to start their higher education, and several thousand will continue the work invested in the future by acquiring a profession. The Hungarian future is built on the Hungarian youth, whose foundation is the family. That is why the government helps young people in all life situations to develop their abilities and achieve their life goals, says Ágnes Hornung, State Secretary for Families, in a statement.

Various government programs and the exemption from personal income tax for those under 25 serve to help young people, and they are also supported if they want to start a family as young adults. The government will protect the exemption from social security for young people under the age of 25, the support for obtaining a language test and driver's license, as well as family allowances even in the economic situation of war, and they will be covered in the 2023 budget as well.

Favorable student loan schemes help students focus even more on their studies. The first free language exam helps them to acquire foreign language skills that are essential in the world of work, and the waiver of the KRESZ exam fee is an important support for them in finding a job in the labor market.

The results speak for themselves: so far, the government has supported the taking of almost 130,000 KRESZ exams and more than 135,000 language exams.
