László Diószegi gave a snappy answer to Gigi Becali! "I had my children's room, so I can only tell Gigi Becali that I am waiting for György Sepsiszent with bread and salt at any time," replied László Diószegi, the owner-president of the Sepsi OSK soccer club and also the producer of one of the most unique Székely pityókás breads, to the anti-Hungarian outburst of the owner of the FCSB in the capital.

As is known, Gigi Becali (the head of the FCSB football club, a billionaire sheepherder in civilian life) launched an attack on Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and the Sepsi OSK in an Alpine tone on Tuesday. The Bucharest club manager expressed his opinion regarding the Hungarian government subsidies received by Sepsi OSK and FK Csíkszereda in response to a journalist's question. As he said, he does not intend to invest more money in FCSB this year, but this may change, he is ready to spend another 10 million euros on his team if he sees that Sepsi OSK is getting too strong and has a real chance to win the league title. "If there are no Hungarians, then who are we fighting? Between each other. If they (the Sepsi OSK - ed. note) rise, then I will increase the investments. I will not let the Hungarians get above the FCSB.

"They can never be better than a Romanian team in their lives, they can never win a championship in Romania," Gigi Becali stated his "creed".

FCSB's owner sent a message to Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, paraphrasing Mihai Eminescu's poem The Third Letter. As he said, everything that lives and moves in this country, the rivers and the branches, are his friends, but Orbán's enemies. "I am fighting with the Hungarian government. I challenge them to a duel. Let's see who is stronger, me or Viktor Orbán, the Russian. Viktor Orbán Putin," said Gigi Becali.

László Diószegi refused to "put on the gloves" and indicated that he considered it a step forward that Gigi Becali finally learned the name of Sepsi OSK. He indicated that he is waiting for Sepsiszentgyörgyön Becali with bread and salt so that he can "see what we have achieved here".

In recent days, the anti-Hungarian voices have intensified in the Romanian sports media after Viktor Orbán took part in last week's Conference League qualifying meeting of Sepsi OSK and the opening of the stadium of FK Csíkszereda. The Hungarian Prime Minister received a warm welcome in both Székelyföld cities, the spectators cheered and chanted "Ria-ria Hungária" to thank them for the sports infrastructure support.
