Most of the weapons and military supplies delivered by NATO arrive at the Polish border, where the United States and allies hand them over to Ukrainian officials. Western forces have so far been able to see what is happening with the shipments, reports CBS News.

According to several, the shipments go directly to the Ukrainian black market. All the packages cross the border, and then something happens, and in the end, about 30 percent of the shipments reach their final destination, said Jonas Ohman, the founder and CEO of Blue-Yellow, a Lithuania-based organization that monitors the conflict with Russia-backed separatists since 2014. has been supplying military aid to frontline units in Ukraine since its inception.

The constantly changing front lines in Ukraine, where mostly volunteer and paramilitary forces are fighting, made it difficult for military aid to reach its destination. Some have raised concerns about weapons ending up on the Ukrainian black market.
