In the interview published in the Saturday issue, Róbert J. Bedros stated that they are doing an amazing job to build the institution, which is also referred to as a super hospital.
He said the design, which has more than 250 people working on it, is progressing in proportion to time.
The 1,200-bed Center Hospital in Southern Buda will be one of the most complex and modern facilities in Hungary, said the prime minister's agent responsible for the institution.
He said that the building will occupy an area of about five football fields and will serve 1.2 million people.
In addition, the extremely complex institution will function as an organic whole, with integrated areas . I always say that even during planning, human lives are at stake, so I don't allow anyone to rush, " he noted.
He added that the design of the building is slowly coming to an end, and the interior architectural plan is being developed. The technical planning of the operation of the hospital is progressing at a good pace.
Róbert J. Bedros emphasized:
medical experts from all important fields work together on the plans, placement, and connection of the instruments and equipment necessary for treatment to the hospital building. The maintenance and preparation of the site for construction is progressing rapidly, so far all tasks - including the necessary safety inspections and the acquisition of permits - have been completed.
The prime minister's agent said that since they are still in the planning phase, wartime inflation and the energy crisis will not hinder the work.
" I am sure that by the time construction can begin, these problems will be solved by the government. This is an important state investment from the point of view of the national economy, from the very beginning we received all the support from the government, which remains committed to the realization of the South Buda Central Hospital, " stated Róbert J. Bedros.

He indicated that the institution will be a priority emergency center, representing the highest level in the organization of complex and resource-intensive services.
On the one hand, priority is given to serious, acute cases, which is why emergency patient care will occupy a special place in the operation of the facility. The other priority area will be complex hospital care, which often requires the cooperation of several medical professions at the highest level, such as tumor surgery. In addition, the institution expands and strengthens the area's extremely scarce and difficult-to-reach pediatric care, he listed.
The prime minister's agent said that the patient's interest is the first priority, whose hand needs to be held.
