II is listening. district leader, because his favorite project seems to be an ugly failure. In two years, the II can cost more than one hundred million forints. amount spent on the favorite project of the district socialist leadership. New information obtained by Magyar Nemzet reveals that the costs have already exceeded the forty million mark, and the vacant municipal properties have already caused the district a loss of income of almost sixty million forints.

A week ago, Magyar Nemzet wrote that the II. one of the main projects of the district's left-wing leadership. Mayor Gergely Őrsi (Momentum-DK-MSZP-Párbeszéd-LMP) said about the Margit neighborhood in April that more than two hundred applications had been received. Based on these, the vacant municipal buildings could have been filled with life by now, but the results do not show this.

For their previous article, they also searched for the left-wing mayor and the momentary deputy mayor appointed as the main responsible for the project, Dániel Berg, as well as the II. district municipality, however, they did not respond to questions.

The use of empty municipal buildings in the left-wing district does not seem to be successful.

However, the mayor gave an interview to Magyar Hang, in which he brought up the project twice without being asked, the first time

Referring to Soros agents. Here, he did not explain whether he was referring to the American-Hungarian deputy mayor of the district, Dániel Berg, or perhaps to the tenants, who include Greenpeace and Habitat for Humanity, an NGO dealing with housing.

And later he talked about how they are moving forward with the program. However, based on the documents obtained by our newspaper, the project with braked foam took a lot of money from the district's funds in the last two years.

The Fidesz-KDNP candidate wants to work for the citizens of Buda, while the left's campaign is apparently about vandalism.

Contracts over five million forints published on the municipality's website also add up to a few tens of million forints in expenses, but according to our newspaper's information, the amount actually spent is more than forty million forints. The Nation once again asked the mayor and the office whether the costs really ran this way, but they did not answer their questions this time either.

They also calculated how much revenue the district has lost due to the fact that the properties that were previously rented out are either empty or the winning applicants were exempted from paying the fee. Based on this, losses of HUF 59 million can be determined over two years.

It is not difficult to calculate that since the beginning of the project, the amount of district money spent on this could be over HUF 100 million. The amount was easily collected, since the Gergelys of Őrsi spend almost one million forints a month on communication, and they also created a separate company for management. Last week, 26 more properties were offered on the Margit-negyed's website, which can be applied for. By now, the number of these has decreased to fifteen, and in the case of six, the application is under evaluation.
