A post appeared on the Facebook page of the Partizán You Tube channel, written by the founder-editor-in-chief Márton Gulyás: the former left-wing activist admits that the Partizán Foundation and MFG Kft., which he manages, are also handled by József Tóth. Incidentally, in addition to managing the company that does the accounting for DatAdat, the accountant was previously the managing director of the company currently invoicing DK.

The company is Legal and Finance Kft., which, according to Klára Dobrev's European Parliament profile, operates as a payment gateway. Otherwise, this should be understood as a natural or legal person who has the appropriate license in the given Member State to professionally handle tax and social security matters related to employment or service contracts concluded by the representative.

The editor-in-chief of the partisan then tells in detail how he came into contact with Józsefné Tóth.

" When I was produced in 2017 for throwing the Sándor Palace and sentenced in an accelerated procedure, Viktor Szigetvári was also present at my trial - at that time as an active politician. He didn't look in, he sat through it. At the end of the trial, he indicated: if I feel he can help me, feel free to contact me. When I failed to find a solution to the accounting question several times, I called Szigetvári and asked for his help: could he recommend an accountant who would take on such a client? This is how we ended up with Józsefné Tóth, who has been our accountant ever since, " he writes. Known: Szigetvári politicized in Bajnai's Együtt until the party's dissolution in 2018.

""In the Orbánist media, articles have been appearing for days about Ms. Józsefné Tóth, a financial and accounting specialist, and about her clientele. The articles published about her suggest that Ms. Tóthné is a member of a larger financial and political conspiracy, who provides headquarters and financial accounting services for opposition parties, publications linked to them, and companies involved in the opposition campaign.

In order to prevent possible leaks, we would like to inform you of the following: the Partizán Foundation, which I manage, and MFG Kft., are also managed by Ms. József Tóth. It provides a legal service, with which the non-profit organization and the company meet the legal and financial requirements imposed by the law. We have nothing to do with malicious, disparaging interpretations. At the same time, we consider it important to make the reasons for our choice of accountants accessible to those who wish to find out more.

Starting in 2014, the Krétakör Foundation, which I still managed at the time, was hit by an extensive investigation by the tax authorities. The years-long, unfounded and unjustified procedure was concluded without a finding: no objections were raised regarding the management of the organization.

We met all legal requirements.

Moreover, all of this was perfectly suitable for the fact that the co-workers at the time, my colleagues at the time, were traumatized by the official teasing, which was never justified on the merits. It also had serious consequences for me: from then on, I became a black-ass. As long as I had to manage a sole proprietorship, this did not cause a particular problem, because I was still able to deal with the administrative challenges that came with it. At the same time, I could not handle the accounting and legal administration of the organizations that helped manage my activist activities (Közös Ország Mozgalom) and my later media work (Partizán) without professional help. I looked for an accountant and a lawyer for these - the latter was easier to find, the former seemed almost unattainable. It is worth imagining the situation: there is a client with a not very significant turnover, from which he has no substantial income, but his official problems can all the more certainly come from the particular accounting firm or individual accountant. Who would take on such a client in today's Hungarian environment? There must be such accountants in the country, but I couldn't find them - I was distracted from more than one place.

He performs his work excellently, with great care: it is an honor and at the same time reassuring that we can count on his expertise. There should be enough proof of the professionalism of your work that this summer our legal compliance investigation initiated by the NAV (again) was concluded without a finding. We didn't talk about this in public until now, because we wanted to avoid martyrdom - but now it has significance in understanding the story.

All in all, we believe that we have purchased a service from a market player who has shown a willingness to go in this direction. We had no insight into his clientele, nor were we interested - just as we have colleagues who even work for competitors, just as our lawyer also represents other media, just as the studio we rent has a good number of tenants besides us (for whom we also do not owe with responsibility), and we could continue the line for a long time.

Beginning in the fall of 2021, Partizán transparently reported on the financial contribution of major donors to our operations. In comparison, half a year after the announcement, the Orbánist media called as a result of investigative work, he published (»turned out!«) this information that is freely available to the public. It's a pity that our extensive circle of domestic supporters was not considered worthy of mention - we thank them for their honorable trust!

With all of this, we just want to make it clear that headlines will obviously blare out the transference of the above connections favorable to the Orbánist exercise of power. We have no influence on this. Just as there is no way that anyone who has been suspicious or disliked us until now can see the above as a new confirmation of his position towards us. We are speaking to the majority now: to those people who, instead of simplistic connections, are able to think through a situation and see that the explanatory power of conspiracy theories is small. On the other hand, that of reality is significant.
