Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands have also dramatically increased their average monthly imports from Russia since the beginning of the invasion.
The New York Times reported trade data compiled by the Observatory of Economic Complexity, adding that the results are more retrospective because the online data platform delayed the release of the numbers.
Based on the data, India and Turkey show a huge jump, Russian imports to the former country have jumped by 430 percent since the start of the invasion of Ukraine, and the same number to the latter by 213 percent. In third place on the list is Brazil, whose imports from Russia jumped by 166%. Russia's exports to China increased by 98%, while Saudi Arabia's imports of Russian goods rose by 45%.

Among the nations that have actively increased their purchases of goods and products from Russia, some have taken an active role in imposing sanctions on the country. Thus, imports of Russian goods imported by Spain jumped by 112%, while Russian exports to Belgium jumped by 130%.
