The United States will establish a military assistance command in Germany to coordinate arms deliveries and military training to Ukraine, the US Department of Defense announced on Friday.

The spokesperson of the Pentagon announced that, in addition, a decision was made on another 400 million dollars in military aid in favor of Ukraine.

Sabrina Singh told reporters that the new place of military control in Germany, the Security Assistance Group Ukraine, is also a signal that the help provided to Kiev in the fight against Russia is becoming "more permanent" and represents a "long-term program".

The announced military aid of 400 million includes, among others, a contract for 1,100 Phoenix Ghost drones, as well as funding for the renovation of 45 tanks, as well as watercraft and other systems, the Pentagon official said.

Delivery will become possible after the procurement process is completed, the Pentagon spokesperson noted, adding that the weapons provided under the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative are provided in the framework of long-term industrial contracts and are not withdrawn from the stocks of the US Army.

2022 plus:

It's okay to repeat the spokesman's sentence that "the assistance provided to Kyiv in the fight against Russia will become more permanent" and represent a "long-term program".

In other words, there can be no talk of negotiation and peace, despite the vain hopes of many. So there is nothing left but to take Henry Ford's thought to heart:

"Put the fifty richest bankers in prison and there will be no more wars on Earth."
