By rating Hungarian schools negatively, Bence Tordai disregarded the work of teachers in his parliamentary speech on the education debate day. The co-president of Párbeszéd, known for his pitifully provocative actions (and building a house in Buda without a permit), did all this while he himself previously taught at a higher education institution, where students expressed devastating opinions about his teaching work and abilities.

The entire community of teachers was humiliated by Bence Tordai at the education debate day in the Parliament, when he claimed: "More and more parents are realizing that the school they send their child to returns them in a much worse condition." The co-chairman of the dwarf party Párbeszéd Magyarorszártét disparaged the work of those teachers whose wage demands are being used for anti-government street protests by the left wing led by Gyurcsány, with Bence Tordai in its ranks, with this generalizing statement lacking any factual basis.

A special feature of the left-wing politician's insulting of the teacher is the fact that he used to teach, and the majority of his students expressed a devastating opinion about him. Bence Tordai taught research methodology and social history for eight years at the Budapest College of Communication and Business, today's Metropolitan University. Students could rate the teachers on the Mark my Professor page, including Tordai, who was described by many as having a terrible presentation style, "monotonous, incomprehensible, uses a lot of foreign expressions." One evaluator put it this way: "The audience was active at the beginning, by the end we were almost sold out, only the persistent ones could stand it, it's not very exciting."

ACCORDING TO ANOTHER STUDENT'S COMMENT, THE EXAMINATION REQUIREMENTS (ESSAY TOPICS) WAS PUBLISHED 3-4 DAYS BEFORE THE FIRST EXAM. "YET, THE EXAM IS FORGIVE AND FAILS VERY RARELY, IT'S CRIMINALLY SLOW TO IMPROVE."

Some expressed their opinion about Tordai at length: "The performances were late, boring, incomprehensible. During the year, he figured out that those who give small lectures do not have to take the exam, and then changed his mind. Finally, when people stop coming in, it turns out that it is still possible to hold a small lecture... But then it's too late. This is how the exam comes, which is impossible to pass, the subject failed... I don't recommend it to anyone... I don't think Bence even knew what he should be lecturing on..."

There were also those who simply mentioned him as a "forgettable figure".

After this, it is not surprising that the voting students rated Tordai's teaching work between 2013 and 2016 at an average of 2.6. He received the most critical grade for his performance, a total of 2.18 points.

As a politician, he became known for his offensive, combative, outspoken speeches and provocative actions. Already in 2019, Máté Kocsis, the leader of the Fidesz faction, spoke about Tordai's unacceptable parliamentary behavior. He said: "The main parliamentary activity of the so-called Bence Tordai is continuous provocation. In the meeting room, in the elevator, in the corridor, everywhere. Every day, the government party representatives are vexed with insulting and slanderous sentences and threatening comments." The scene when, on March 15, 2019, at the entrance of the Parliament, Tordai walked behind the President of the Republic János Áder and Speaker of the House László Kövér, who were preparing to raise the flag, and tried to provoke them. Unsuccessfully.

The aggressive, provocative style is no accident, Tordai uses these methods consciously, which he indirectly admitted in an interview in January 2019. The Mandiner journalist asked him the question during the conversation: "Srgya Popovics or Saul Alinsky?" to which the politician of the Dialogue answered: "I prefer the former, because it is on the bookshelf. But I don't know what the content difference is between the two.

To the journalist's interjection that "Alinsky is better known and more radical", Tordai continued: "Obviously we know these books and approaches and should use them."

It is known that the two mentioned names are popular ideologues of the extreme left, who have also developed concrete practical methods on how to disintegrate, subvert, and destabilize societies. According to the above, the manifesto of the late Alinsky, the 12 rules of the radicals, and the book "Guide to the Revolution" by one of today's professional "troublemakers", Popovics, are guidelines for the Tordais as well.
