"According to one of my sources, the news that there is a peace offer that could be based on an "agreement" is real"
- said Attila Demkó in his post, which was viewed by Mandiner.
"This is Donbass and Crimea in exchange for Zaporizhzhia and Kherson county, i.e. Ukraine accepts a territorial loss, but Russia renounces the land connection to Crimea," detailed the expert.
