The Science and Technology Committee of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly elected Ágnes Vadai, Shadow Minister of National Defense of the Republic of South Korea, as its president. DK's mother-in-law previously held the position of vice president in the same place.
With the appointment, Dr. Ágnes Vadai became the first Hungarian woman in this position in the history of NATO - tries to emphasize the "value" of the news in the press release of the Democratic Coalition.
"The Shadow Government congratulates Dr. Ágnes Vadai on the historic appointment, and we are also proud that a person in such a high position in international security policy is today Hungary's Shadow Minister of National Defense. This is another proof that there is an alternative capable of governing in the country, and there is a way out of the Orbán system," the article reads.
