Human trafficking criminal organizations working on the Serbian-Hungarian border may already have 80-100 sharp-edged firearms. The gangs that advertise themselves in internet advertisements are posing at the fence with automatic rifles, it was said in Kékfény, Duna TV's crime magazine.

People-smuggling gangs are already carrying out military-level actions, the head of the National Investigation Bureau told Kékfény

"This aggression has been increasing in the recent period, human traffickers have changed their methods, we are detecting more and more weapons among these perpetrators. These human trafficking criminal organizations have eight to ten firearms per group. Their methods have also improved, we are seeing a military-level implementation - said Head of Department Zoltán Boross (pictured).

The head of the International Crimes Department of the National Investigation Bureau says that human traffickers plan every operation carefully, have their own scouts, and not only buy weapons, but also equip themselves with the most modern military equipment, night vision devices have even been found with them.

The police have already identified at least eight competing criminal organizations. The biggest ones can employ up to two hundred smugglers. They often try to deceive border hunters with stolen military and police uniforms. A gang member arrested in connection with a shooting on the M5 motorway a week ago testified that they were ordered by their bosses to shoot at the police.

Human traffickers advertise themselves on social networks with name and phone number. For example, a trip from Damascus to Germany can cost 8,000-15,000 euros, and the Hungarian section costs 3,000 euros on average.

According to information , there are eight to ten prominent groups that continuously organize smuggling on the Serbian-Hungarian border, these groups work with approximately 36-40 people, and there are prominent groups that have a total of 200 soldiers. These groups work non-stop and can earn up to 10,000-20,000 euros in a day from human trafficking, Zoltán Boross added.
