The Rákóczi Association sends Christmas gifts to 20,000 foreign kindergarteners, drawing parents' attention to the importance of Hungarian school choice.

According to the organization's statement sent to MTI on Tuesday, story books, sweets and a letter encouraging parents to choose Hungarian schools will be sent to kindergarten students in about a thousand settlements of the Carpathian Basin as part of the gift.

It was highlighted: the Rákóczi Association is committed to the choice of Hungarian schools for the Hungarian communities across the border, convinced that the Hungarian school is the best decision in terms of both the child's hoped-for prosperity as an adult and the survival of the Hungarian communities.

The gift packages will be sent by the organization's employees and partners to foreign institutions between December 6 and 20.

They also mentioned that, in order to make the preparation for Christmas in kindergartens as beautiful and meaningful as possible for the children, the association embraces the Advent programs of 377 kindergartens.

Kindergartens and groups of kindergartens could apply for support for their activities related to the Christmas holiday, including handicrafts, gingerbread baking, Advent wreath making, nativity plays or puppet activities.
