More than 100,000 parents have filled out the educational consultation questionnaire since December 1, the government spokesperson said in a video uploaded to the government's Facebook page on Saturday.
Alexandra Szentkirályi emphasized that the government always asks for people's opinions on important issues, whether it is EU sanctions against Russia, illegal immigration or the coronavirus.
Among the most important issues are those affecting our children, such as child protection or education, he added, indicating that in the series of educational questionnaires, in the first two rounds of which they were interested in the opinions of teachers, they are now waiting for the opinions of parents.
"After all, we parents know our children best, we see how they come home from school, we study together, so we can see how it would be worthwhile to change the education system," said Alexandra Szentkirályi.
He explained that the forms sent out affect the time spent on writing lessons, private lessons, but also school evaluation.
The government spokesperson emphasized that every parent's opinion matters, so he encouraged everyone to use the opportunity until December 15.
