As reported by Mandiner, a summit between Ukraine and the European Union will take place in Kyiv on February 3.

Guy Verhofstadt responded to this in his latest Twitter post, who recently asked the leaders of the Union to provide all support to Ukraine, be it monetary or armed assistance.

The left-liberal Belgian MEP emphasized this again. He put it like this:

"On February 3, the EU must deliver"

"Kiev needs clear commitments," he stressed. He then listed exactly what he meant:

for additional military support, tightening of sanctions, and effective progress regarding the country's EU membership.

Real action is needed

"The summit should not end with words, but with concrete actions. It must create real prospects for Ukraine," underlined Guy Verhofstadt.

Civilians Info:

I wonder what the real outlook means for Ukraine. We know: war, war and war, which is being fought with Western weapons and Ukrainian soldiers along American interests. We know: the Russians will never agree to Ukraine becoming a NATO member, as it would be fatal and humiliating for them. Ukraine should accept a neutral status and certainly let go of the Russian-majority breakaway republics. Today, this is the price of peace. The same was even cheaper in Minsk, but then America intervened. We know: Guy Verhofstadt is pushing their cart in a kind of comical way: Comrades to arms!
