Magyar Napló Kiadó welcomes all interested parties to the presentation of Laura Iancu's Beside the track " on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at 6 p.m. at the Magyar Napló Bookstore (1082 Budapest, Üllői út 66/b). Gábor Zsille, the editor of the volume, talks to the author.
Born in Magyarfalu, Moldova, the Attila Prize-winning poet József József's latest book of poems, the eighth in a row, consists of five cycles. We get the author's customary personal voice, a confessional lyric written in free verse, in which archaic folk culture and modernity are combined, the chirpy traditions of childhood and snapshots of life in a cosmopolitan city and commuting. Laura Iancu's poems make you read while enriching yourself.
