49 percent of Hungarians consider Viktor Orbán to be the most suitable to be the prime minister of Hungary, according to the current research of the Nézőpont Institute.

As they write, the head of government leads by the length of the street in the candidate race, as trust in him is almost four times greater than in DK, seven times greater than in Mi Hazánk and eight times greater than in the leader of Momentum.

Based on the survey of the Nézőpont Institute, Klára Dobrev from DK was placed on the second step of the imaginary podium, who was able to win the trust of only 13 percent of the voters. In third place is László Toroczkai, whom seven percent of voters consider the most suitable for the task. Anna Donáth is almost in a tie with her with her six percent result, whose return is unsuccessful for the time being, as her circle of supporters is not even half that of Dobreve. Almost as many people think that none of them is the most suitable candidate - 11 percent - than those who chose Dobrev, and the proportion of those who are unsure is even higher than those who would vote for Donát.

More than a quarter of potential left-wing voters, 27 percent, are unable to choose from the current opposition's offer, which is another proof of the opposition-changing mood that has existed for years.

It is a particularly bad result for the returning Anna Donáth that she has been able to get only one out of ten left-wing voters - 12 percent - on her side, while her primary competitor, Klára Dobrev, has more than a third of the same left-wing electorate, which corresponds to 37 percent. In other words, the left-wing candidates are still not primarily Viktor Orbán, but each other's challengers, states the Nézőpont Institute.

As is known, in recent weeks several leaders of the opposition, László Toroczkai, Anna Donáth and Klára Dobrev, and Viktor Orbán also gave their annual evaluation speeches at the weekend. In its representative research, the Nézőpont Institute was interested in who the Hungarians consider the most suitable for the prime minister of Hungary from the current political selection.

Miklós Szánthó, director general of the Center for Fundamental Rights, said of the prime minister's speech: the priority of Hungarian strategic goals does not change.
