A video recording also proves that Ákos Hadházy personally campaigned for Gábor Kovács, who was detained on Monday for pedophilia, back in 2017. Kovács wanted to compete in the 2018 parliamentary election in the colors of the LMP. Hadházy, who was co-chairman of the party at the time, described Kovács as a very good candidate to the local Nagyatád TV reporter. According to the suspicion, the detained man initiated oral sex with a 13-year-old boy, Magyar Nemzet .
The period of nominations for representatives is underway, and here we have found a very good candidate in the person of Gábor K., who has already been a municipal representative twice - said Ákos Hadházy in a statement to Nagyatádi TV in the fall of 2017. Hadházy, who apparently knows the politician involved in the pedophile scandal, was co-chairman of the LMP during this period, and the party was preparing full steam for the 2018 parliamentary elections. Hadházy campaigned for K. Gábor, now accused of pedophilia, because he planned to run in constituency No. 2 of Somogy county. K. was previously a municipal representative in Nagyatád for two terms.
