The Varsity Ferencváros exhibition opened with scant interest at the IX. district. At the opening of the exhibition, which can be viewed as part of the LGBT History Month program series, guests were welcomed by a money collection box near the entrance, but in addition to collecting money, visitors could also see photos, documents and facsimiles. The activist who gave the opening speech also recalled various festivals and previous events.

Roughly two dozen people took part in the opening of the Ferencváros exhibition entitled Diverse Ferencváros, which is supported by the Ferencváros municipality led by Krisztina Baranyi, and elaborates the history of LGBTQ people, which was held at the IX. was opened in Trafo in the district yesterday. In the district, an entire month is already dedicated to the topic, which was implemented in the LGBT history month program series, and this exhibition is part of it. As written in the announcement of the event:

they want to show the presence of LGBTQ people in history, it is about the Hungarian and foreign LGBT past and the values ​​created by members of the minority, but it also has an important role in building the LGBT community.

At the opening, the historian activist of the Háttér Társaság gave a speech, in which he talked about how LGBTQ people used to meet and get to know each other in and around Boráros tér and Kálvin tér, but he also recalled memories of the nightclubs known for their nightlife, where these people came together. Old photographs, documents and facsimiles can be viewed at the exhibition, but a stamp collection campaign was also announced for those who wish to participate in several events of the series of events, and you could also see a money collection box.

The man who claimed to be a historian complained that they were persecuted, but he did not forget about reviving various LGBTQ festivals with memories.

They baked scones for the detailed and comprehensive historical presentation, and after the speech, champagne was also opened in honor of the opening of the event. In the announcement of the event, they called for cultured behavior and respect for human rights and dignity from all participants, the violation of which may result in exclusion from the events.
