Pope Francis is already grateful to Hungary, the Holy Father addressed the Hungarians separately on Sunday.
On Sunday, after the Regina Caeli prayer, Pope Francis spoke about his trip to Hungary, among other things:
"...I am visiting Budapest, Hungary for three days to finish my trip on the occasion of the 2021 International Eucharistic Congress. This road also leads to the center of Europe, where the cold winds of war continue to blow, while the displacement of many people keeps urgent humanitarian issues on the agenda.[ / button]
Now, however, I would like to turn to my Hungarian brothers with love, while I am waiting to visit you: I know that you have been preparing for my arrival with great zeal. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for this. I ask all of you, everyone, to accompany me in prayer on this journey!"
