"The death of my father, Miklós Duray, shook the Hungarians living in the Carpathian Basin, the Czech Republic and Austria, as well as his friends and comrades-in-arms in Poland and America. He was accompanied on his final journey in his hometown, Losonco, by nearly a thousand people, along with numerous public dignitaries.

He devoted his life to the service of the community, wrote, taught, changed the system, stood at the forefront when it could even be life-threatening, but was able to take a back seat for the sake of society when this was required of him. His role in public life was recognized with numerous awards and honors. His books, collections, anthologies, and publications published so far preserve his spirituality in several languages.

As his sole heir, I have the responsibility to preserve his intellectual legacy and spirituality in the form he wanted.

To this end, as a first step, I initiated the establishment of the Duray Memorial Committee, which is meant to mentor the values represented by my father, the management, transmission and transmission of his life work and intellectual legacy to society.

Therefore, I declare that from now on, my father's name may be used in the organization of conferences, publication of publications or other programs presenting his intellectual legacy only in cases approved by me and the memorial committee that will be established in the near future.
