Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky promised not to use the American-made F-16 fighter jets against Russian targets, US President Joe Biden announced on Sunday at the end of the G7 summit in Hiroshima. "Zelensky clearly promised that they would not penetrate Russian airspace with them," Biden said at the press conference following the summit in Japan.

The US president has given permission in principle for the delivery of US-made F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine as part of federal cooperation, as, in his opinion, the military situation in the war-torn country has changed.

Biden made it clear: if the Ukrainian troops can successfully advance on the front, a military situation may arise in which they will need weapons with a greater range than they currently have. He also added that in the event of a future Russian-Ukrainian peace agreement, the F-16 fighter jets could boost the confidence of Ukraine's leadership in case Russian troops attack the country again.

Civilek.Info: Is this serious now? Because it would be very rude as a joke! Bravo! The cynical piquancy of the matter is that Biden announces this right in Hiroshima, where the Yankees bombed World War II. At the end of World War I, the city with their new superweapon. Oh no, they just sent a little boy there! As they call him: Little Boy.

What would Uncle Bessenyő Pista say to this:

nooormal? Well, if he doesn't add an atomic bomb right away, he won't use it once he promised! Unfortunately, however, we know that the difference between Zelenskyi's words and his actions could be played on the piano.

They know what!
