The aim of EuCET's work is for civil society as a whole to choose innovative solutions to make the representation of employees more effective in the economic process of the world. In this regard, traditional interest protection organizations, including trade unions, have renewed tasks. It is important that the civil initiatives of the employees and their families, with union reinforcement, reach their goal. It is a task to recognize that the performance of institutions and their owners, and in the case of companies, profits, can only be optimal if they row in the same boat as their employees.

Therefore, it is necessary to prevent the creation of a situation, if possible, in which it is necessary to assert the weighted interests of employees and their families in the community with street movements. So, whether we are examining the plans of the state or the private owner, the owners, management and employees, and behind them their families, row in the same boat to achieve the goal. The creation of a financial interest system (e.g. profit share) is a common interest.
