A 43-year-old man, who was arrested by the Pest County police, allegedly lured boys raised in a children's home into his apartment, then rewarded them with pizza, cigarettes, toys and money to satisfy their sexual needs.

The Pest County Police Headquarters announced on Friday that the police started the investigation based on a signal received from a children's home in the capital, and then, with the help of staff from the Érd Police Department, attacked the man in his home.

According to the announcement, the man was only willing to open the door after repeated calls, during his interrogation he complained about the suspicion and denied it.

According to the suspicion, the man met boys in Budapest playgrounds and soccer fields whom he could easily influence.

He "demonstrated" to them his affluent, wealthy lifestyle, deepened their acquaintance with small and large gifts, and then invited them to his place of residence in Szigetcsép. The 11- to 14-year-old boys liked the care, which was significantly different from their usual lifestyle and circumstances: they could smoke, have pizza, hang out in a luxurious apartment, film, play, and even received several thousand forints. In return, they had to let the man bathe them, massage them, and then approach them sexually. Those who were reluctant were pressured to end the "party" immediately and take them back to the children's home, they wrote.

The police identified two 11-year-old and a 14-year-old boy as victims of the criminal's return.
