The role is still one of the biggest adventures of Zoltán Seregi's life.

Zoltán Seregi - known to the country as Tutojos from the youth film series Tüskevár - was born on June 7, 1953 in Budapest.

He was 13 years old when he was able to play Tutojos in 1966, but the former child actor did not become a well-known actor, directing was more appealing to him.

In 1979, he graduated in Debrecen, from the Faculty of Arts of Lajos Kossuth University, majoring in Hungarian language and literature, and in 1980, in theater directing from the College of Theater and Film.

After the turn of the millennium, he became the director of the Jókai Theater in Békéscsaba, and was appointed director of the theater in December 2015. Pursuant to the decision of the city assembly, his mandate was extended for another five years from January 1, 2021.

It was a huge thing that I was asked to play the role of Tutojos when I was 13 years old, it is still one of the biggest adventures of my life. Several age groups grew up on the film, people remember it, they still contact me from time to time to tell me about it, and in fact, I regularly attend meetings where I tell children about the series. In such cases, I always worry about what the young people will say if they see an aging man with a mustache instead of the guy from the movie.

- he said in an earlier interview Beol's question.

I am moved when I look back at what a wonderful cast the film was made with, I was able to play with great artists as a child.

László Bánhidi played Uncle Matula, Tibor Barabás was Bütyök, Uncle Ferenc István Zenthe, József Petrik was the voice of Bütyök. Teri Földi, Ferenc Kállai, Manyi Kiss, Margit Dajka were cast in the film directed by Tamás Fejér

- remembered the theater director.

After Tüskevár, Zoltán Seregi played a few roles in the József Attila Theater, in the 1969 film version of The Pál Street Boys, directed by Zoltán Fábri, he gave the Hungarian voice to Boka, who was played by the Englishman William Burleigh.

In 2015, Zoltán Seregi was awarded the Hungarian Golden Cross of Merit civilian section, and on March 15, 2021, he received the Jászai Mari Award in recognition of his outstanding acting and directing activities.

István Fekete, the author of Tüskevár

István Fekete was born on January 25, 1900 in Göllen and died on June 23, 1970 in Budapest. Along with Mór Jókai, he was the most widely read Hungarian writer and one of the best-known practitioners of the so-called forester-hunter literature. Throughout his life, he openly confessed his faith in God, his worldview and moral affiliation. For this reason, and because of the anti-communism, anti-liberalism, and anti-cosmopolitanism evident in his writings, his work was neglected and silenced during communism and socialism. They tried to downplay his merits and set him up exclusively as a youth novelist.

The educational trail handed over before Christmas was named after the famous writer. One of his most famous, but in any case, best-known novels is Tüskevár. Under the leadership of Zoltán Seregi, who once played Lajos Gyula Ladó and is now the director of the Jókai Theater in Békéscsaba, the theater troupe makes wild animals out of old sets waiting to be thrown away.
