While Brussels wants to impose a resettlement quota on us, many migrants at the southern border are trying to cross the border armed with guns and knives.
The Hungarian government, as before, represents the position of the Hungarian population, confirmed by the referendum, and will do everything to prevent the adoption of the migrant quota, the prime minister's chief adviser on internal security declared on Thursday on the current channel M1.
György Bakondi said that such a far-reaching migration and asylum package will have a long-term impact on European security and the daily lives of European people.
He pointed out that although many left-wing politicians say that this is not the case and that terrorism is also an insignificant matter, two serious crimes related to migrants took place within a week: one in France, the other in England.
The package that has just been adopted will have a serious impact on public security, the social care system and the public health system, said György Bakondi, adding that the new quota rule was voted by surprise in the Council of the Interior, by abusing the majority and disregarding the interests of many European countries and nation states.
"From a center in Brussels, they can make a decision to redistribute illegally arrived migrants to European countries of their choice on the grounds that they can be exchanged for money: in other words, this quota is not mandatory. But that's not what it's about, it's a punishment: it can be redeemed with the equivalent of 8 million forints per migrant," Bakondi pointed out.
"One thing is certain: any step that leads to the mandatory admission and maintenance of people with unknown identities brought to Europe by mafia-like criminal organizations and, in the long term, the complete transformation of the given society, is the fundamental issue of sovereignty and national interest enforcement that, as long as there is a national government in Hungary, it certainly cannot be introduced”.
The government pointed out the dangers of the resettlement quota on social media. He posted a video with the question: Should we admit them too?
