The president of the LMP spoke harshly to 444.hu, which portal tried to criticize him, but what makes Péter Ungár an opposition representative?

" Today , a week after its publication, 444 watched my interview with hirado.hu. In other words, it would be an exaggeration to call this a review, but in such a wink-wink way the readers were once again made aware of the terrifying recognition that a bad person who is not an oppositionist by running to the door, breaking the cordon, and screaming is not a real oppositionist," wrote Péter Ungár in his latest Facebook post, who also added:

"If you do this while also committing the sin of giving birth to a Fidesz mother, then you cannot expect forgiveness."

The politician of the LMP also touched on the fact that "the proof this time was that I dared to say that the LMP tries to be a constructive opposition party".

"And there is not much new in this either: this party was created to make policy against the expert camp logic that is poisoning Hungarian politics. We really try to be constructive, because we don't see why classifying each other as traitors four times a day would serve the country's interests. Because unfortunately, in the 15 years that have passed since then, everyone is more and more perfectly satisfied with existing in their own bubble, and even more and more the majority dig themselves into the trenches. This is still visible on the part of Fidesz, because they have two-thirds of their bubble, but it is less logical at the level of the opposition," Ungár pointed out.

"Politicians rarely share negative content about themselves, but I'm doing it now: this article about me was published on 444 almost exactly five years ago. At that time, I was a member of Fidesz because the LMP did not take part in the coalition, and because of us it became two-thirds. Since then, we have participated, and we even lined up behind Péter Márki-Zay, who was proclaimed by 444 as the new messiah, and at least four articles on the aforementioned portal claimed that he would be a good candidate because he seems to be from Fidesz, and to see if he would succeed in deceiving the government voters. We met all expectations, but the fourth two-thirds came," listed the opposition politician, who finally came to the conclusion:

"Of course, I understand that after every serious defeat it is easier to classify everyone who thinks otherwise as Fidesz than to face possible mistakes, but I suspect that the latter would probably bring us closer to a change of government," wrote Péter Ungár.
