On Friday night, the part of the forest strip around Lake Tőzeg in Palic, close to Hajdújárás, turned into a battleground between migrant gangs.

A few minutes before 10:30, two loud explosions were heard, and then shots were fired, according to the reports of the people living there.

According to unofficial information, two explosive devices, presumably hand grenades, exploded one after the other in front of one of the family houses.

It is not yet known if there are any victims or injuries. Residents wrote on social media that special police units immediately arrived at the scene and found a third, unexploded explosive device.

According to people living nearby, the force of the detonation even shook windows in the interior of Hajdújárás.

The police on the scene sealed off the area and confirmed that the unexploded explosive device was a larger hand grenade, and they are waiting for the arrival of firefighters to neutralize it, reports Pannon RTV.
