Garry Kasparov talks about agreements.

According to the chess player, the American government has split into two groups, already in terms of supporting Ukraine and continuing the war. All of this was reported by Euronews , highlighting that there is no evidence for the claims, but they are presented "based on the personality and moral capital of the author".

According to Kasparov's interpretation, the American government appears to strongly support Ukraine on the surface and also passes financial aid through Congress, but in reality, steps are being taken in the background to alleviate the conflict. For him, the picture that emerges is that certain American politicians

they agree to Putin's war on the free world and prevent Ukraine from fighting for its own territories while secretly trying to make backroom deals with the Kremlin.

In addition, they limit the supply of weapons to Ukraine and their use.

According to Kasparov, it is also indicative that the president appointed the director of the CIA to the cabinet, which effectively handed over the field of foreign policy to intelligence, while pushing back the role of the foreign minister. According to Kasparov, the head of the CIA does not fit into the official narratives that the United States will support Ukraine as long as necessary, or that they will not negotiate with Russia without Ukraine.

This is supported by the mysterious meeting of the head of the CIA with Putin in Moscow on the eve of the war.

According to Kasparov's analysis, because of the growing tension, Biden's advisers first tried to negotiate with Russia behind the back of Ukraine, and after failing to reach an agreement with Putin, they did not rule out the possibility of handing over Ukraine to the Kremlin. According to the chess player, this is based on the Obama-era approach, which often results in the US betraying or abandoning important allies (not just Ukraine) in order to appease its enemies.
