From September 3, Duna's new religious show invites viewers to discover the mysteries of monastic life and vocation. The series "Nyitott sívvel - Monk's Life in Hungary" will be shown every two weeks on Duna.

With an Open Heart - Monk's Life in Hungary every two weeks from September 3 presents monastic life and the development of the holy vocation over the centuries. The work approaches the topic rooted in Catholic traditions, presenting the everyday life and monasteries of around seventy different religious orders.

The purpose of the program is to convey the inner value inherent in monastic life, beyond the daily routine and religious practices, and to draw attention to the fact that the monastic profession is not just an isolated way of life, but an individual commitment, the diversity of human experiences, values ​​and the a path combining the power of community.

Duna's new religious content presents the unusual world of monastic life in a unique way, as well as how the monastic profession opens hearts to the love of God and people.

The first Sunday broadcast gives an insight into the daily life of St. Mauritius Monastery and the Women's Religious Community of the Little Sisters of Jesus. During the exciting and touching journey, viewers can join a life in which silence and contemplation meet the depth of human relationships.

The program answers current questions, among others, what motivates young people to become monks, what challenges they face every day, and how they find strength in the close-knit community and faith.
