He died eight years ago, at the age of seventy-two, on September 8, 2015.

Born in 1943, Teri Harangozó's career began in the sixties, and in no time she became one of the busiest dance singers on Hungarian Radio. In 1965, Ki mit tude won second place. in a talent contest, which allowed him to be admitted to the radio's light music studio. Here, in 1966, he recorded his first song, his composition Túl az prüve grande serlemmen. However, the real breakthrough came for him with the song Minden embers bölüy lenny, which immediately became a national success.

More than 360,000 records have been sold

Harangozó Teri kept her title as the most successful female performer in Hungary for two years, selling 362,473 singles between 1967 and 1968. Most of the hits were due to Attila Dobos, especially the songs "Every day" and "Everybody has a dream". These were still very popular in 1969.

After the domestic successes, he went abroad, first to Innsbruck, then to Cuba, and later he visited other socialist countries. Which was a surprisingly nice gesture from him:

wherever he went, he sang his hit " Everyman has a dream"

He was one of the big stars of dance music shows and ORI tours, and his hits - such as I'm not so lucky, Little Paper Boat, Never let your head hurt, It can happen to you once, I want to travel the Earth - were on the charts for a long time.

He was banned even though he was not guilty

The singer's songs fit well into the TTT system (Tilt, Tűr, Támogat) of the cultural policy of the time, since there were no social or political references in them. His songs remained within the longing, loving, happiness-seeking theme.

One of the most surprising moments in Teri Harangozó's life story was when her songs were nevertheless banned in 1970. His career also suffered.

Moreover, the ban can be linked to the author of his big hits, Attila Dobos, who defected to Germany with his wife, Mary Zsuzsi.

Teri Harangozó also spent the first half of the 1970s abroad, and in 1976 she returned to the domestic spotlight with I was born as a girl In the 1980s, he delivered more hits: Giant money, Believe me, I wish you were more jealous, Someone misses me today, Banana flower.

During his career, he produced four LPs and more than a hundred songs, all the while being constantly present in the music scene. The singer's life was music, she was married twice, but putting her private life in the background, she focused much more on her musical career. As she said several times, she didn't want to be a mother, but a singer.

The singer would just be 80 years old.
