In his presentation, the preacher also said that many people no longer consider the United States their home and no longer bless God because they want to become God themselves.

The family is the key to security, and the security of the family home gives a person the greatest freedom - Australian preacher and motivational speaker Nick Vujicic quoted the motto of the event at the 5th Budapest Demographic Summit in his closing speech on Friday.

In his introduction, he thanked the present President Katalin Novák and the Hungarian government for organizing the event, which he called the most important issue of our time.

He said his parents had emigrated to Australia from neighboring Serbia and told him a lot about how difficult it was for them to leave their home and country, Yugoslavia, but after being forced to make a choice that they could not reconcile with their Christian faith and secular beliefs, they had no other option. Vujicic was always taught by his parents to respect and love his country, Australia.

The performer, who lives without arms and legs, showed the audience photos of his Japanese-Mexican wife and their four children together, stressing that his family is the most important thing to him, and that they would soon like to adopt a fifth child. He emphasized that his wife is also his best friend, with whom they ask each other at least once a month: what the other would like their partner to do for them, and also what they would like them to stop doing.

Speaking about religious topics, he read from the Bible and emphasized that every Christian should get much closer to God, and he always blesses those who approach God with a pure heart.

He believed that Hungary is a country where the respect for God prevails the most. He emphasized that Hungary helps persecuted Christians the most in the world, and that the country has done a lot for refugees as well. He drew the attention of the international audience to the fact that Hungarians opened their homes to refugees without the government asking them to do so.

During his presentation, Vujicic repeatedly criticized his chosen second country, the United States. He said: America has never been so divided and guilty, so it must repent. He said that many people no longer consider the United States their home and no longer bless God because they want to become God themselves. He underlined that in a world without God and religion, only money and power rule.

However, he mentioned the state of Texas as a positive example, indicating that the government of the state provides financial support for Christian teachers in public schools to help with education. In this regard, he asked Katalin Novák that if they are looking for an international location for the next demographic summit, they should think of Texas, where many people want to strengthen the international cooperation of conservative Christians.

Vujicic self-critically noted that he is aware that not everyone likes him. He mentioned the members of the American movement supporting the LGBTQ community and the cancel culture as an example, but underlined:

he himself embraces everyone who approaches him with a pure heart. He proudly told us that he had embraced almost half a million people in the world during his lectures and sermons.

At the end of the event, he asked Katalin Novák to pray with him on stage: he asked for God's blessing and protection for Hungary, its political leaders, Hungarian families and the entire people, as well as all Christian believers.

At the end of his long one-hour performance, Nick Vujicic sang the religious song Amazing Grace in English, and ended by praying for the United States, Israel, peace in the Middle East and Ukraine, and Africa.
