Just like when someone wants to water the water or sprinkles flour into the flour.
In an exhaustive article, the head of the shadow government outlines their program in the columns of Népszava - its looting, and the announcement of a caring social democracy.
There was never a shortage of glass beads around the Gyurcsánys' house, and they rolled them in front of their voters with ever more onion words. After all, it costs nothing to say anything, although a sane person does not ask for more from Gyurcsány's "care" in life.
"We don't know a single populist politician in the world who was able to fulfill the expectations after his victory - think of Trump, Bolsonaro, or look at the impact of Viktor Orbán's administration, the shattered state and the great nothing that was built in its place"
- writes Ms. Klára, and then the DK points it out his lies your offer.
"1. People rightly expect decent schools, clinics, and hospitals for the taxes they pay. The state has the duty to provide all its citizens with the same quality, high-quality service in an accountable and enforceable manner. The state cannot choose between people according to their social status, place of residence or the taste of the ruling party. It is the duty of the state to reduce inequalities by providing public services, high-quality education, health and social care, to offer everyone a chance and security. The state's responsibility towards its vulnerable citizens, including children and our elderly compatriots, is particularly strong.
2. Today, working people bear more of the burden than capital. In addition to the sja, their wages are charged with contributions, they pay VAT, which is the largest part of state revenues. Most of the state's revenues come from their taxes. While the jobs of millions of people are at risk due to the spread of robotization, artificial intelligence and digitalization, on the other side, huge extra profits are generated in large companies that barely pay taxes. This ratio that binds people in knots must be changed. Big business and capital should bear more of the burden, and people should bear less. Greater wealth does not come with more rights, but with more responsibilities. We consider greater participation of companies and wealthy people in public burden-bearing as a patriotic duty. We expect billionaires to pay more than those who live from today to tomorrow.
3. Income is not simply for daily living, but also the guarantee that a person will not be subjugated and vulnerable to others, they will not have power over him. One of the most important conditions for a free human existence is a decent, secure income. Income that provides basic subsistence cannot be subject to income tax.
4. We take seriously the serious dangers of climate change. Yesterday we talked about climate change as a serious threat to the lives of our children and grandchildren. But if we only think about the unprecedented forest fires in Canada, France, and Greece, the droughts, the increasing number of hurricanes, the accompanying famines and epidemics, we must now say that our lives are also a huge threat means climate change. We must act now, because if we don't, the entire future of humanity will become hopeless. The green transition must also be fair: its burdens must be borne primarily by those who have benefited from the economy that caused climate change – large companies. At the same time, special care must be taken to ensure that neither climate change nor the green transition puts exposed and vulnerable social groups in an even more difficult situation than before.
5. The world is changing dramatically and at an ever faster pace. Yesterday it was just robotization and computers, tomorrow artificial intelligence will dominate not only the economy, but also our everyday life. More than ever before must be spent on education. This is not just a matter of competitiveness. In this rapidly changing world, a person who cannot keep up becomes anxious and insecure. Our children must acquire from us the knowledge with which they will be able to stand their ground in the world that is still unknown to us tomorrow. For this, education itself must also be renewed. This is essential for Hungary to be the winner of these changes.
6. We democratize democracy. The privileged access and lobbying of the powerful to influence public decisions must be blocked, and people must be allowed to have a much stronger say in the decisions that determine our lives. We never make decisions without meaningful dialogue with the stakeholders.
7. Would the free world of Western democracy be perfect? Not at all. But the example of not only Hungary, but also Russia, Turkey and other autocratic systems shows that turning away from the Western world and democracy did not bring prosperity and justice to the people, but poverty and vulnerability. That is why it is in Hungary's fundamental interest to find its place again in the community of European peoples. A fair and prosperous European Hungary can only be imagined in a strong and solidary Europe, in the United States of Europe. Only together can we levy a global tax on multinationals and build strong cross-border trade unions. Only together can we save our planet from the biggest polluters, and together can we order a stop to toxic populists. We can only create a better and livable world together.
And how will this become reality? With victory, then governance. With a radically different approach, honest and competent governance. For a better, safer, freer life, we have to do many things differently than in the past decades."
