Although the liberal newspaper tries to diminish the merits of the Hungarian prime minister, it is forced to admit that the leader of our country has become an example for the republicans.

The Hungarian Prime Minister has become one of the role models of the right-wing movement in the United States in recent years, according to the liberal Washington Post. Although the American daily writes in a disparaging tone about the Hungarian prime minister throughout the article, the analysis establishes as an undeniable fact that the Republicans see Viktor Orbán as an example to follow. In support of this, they highlight how much success he achieved at the annual convention of the American right, the event called CPAC (Conservative Political Action Conference) - but they cynically add that the Hungarian Prime Minister received a standing ovation for whipping the globalist ruling class and the liberal media.

During Wednesday night's debate, Donald Trump's main Republican challengers played to the tune of Orbán and the ruling Fidesz party - the Washington Post continues in connection with the televised battle between the Republican presidential candidates, from which only the former US president was absent.

The newspaper details that during the debate, the candidates spoke about, condemning the infiltration of gender ideology into public education, the policy of liberal open borders, the influence of the American speculator György Soros, and they "grumbled" about the seemingly endless flow of weapons that Washington pours into Ukraine.

The analysis then goes into the "no longer lasting, friendly relationship" between Donald Trump and Viktor Orbán. They believe that the Hungarian prime minister is the former president's favorite European leader.

They mention that in an interview with American opinion leader Tucker Carlson, the Hungarian Prime Minister repeated his hope that the current Republican candidate will regain the leadership in 2024. "Trump is the man who can save the Western world," said the Prime Minister.

A few days later, the former US leader returned the favor on social media, writing: “Viktor Orbán is a great leader and a great person. The wonderful people of Hungary are lucky to have such a person at their head," writes the Washington Post.

The interview with Viktor Orbán, published on the X platform, has already been seen by around 130 million people in almost a month.
