Apart from a narrow circle of intellectuals, few people know about the activities of the Batthyány Circle of Professors. The president of the organization, Prof. Lajos Kollár, told civilek.info that they would like to increase their awareness through strategic collaborations with various civil organizations and the organization of programs. At their conference, which served as the venue for the interview, energy policy and the closely related climate issue, the situation of higher education, the future of Hungarians, and problems affecting the family and population were discussed with professional speakers and round table discussions.
