Thanks to a right-wing proposal, the small family pastry shop in the 1st district, Asztalka, was saved. Thanks to the proposal of the right-wing majority representative body, the local government decided to settle the contract of the small business that has been operating for ten years, and thanks to this, they can continue to operate undisturbed.

All this did not depend on mayor Márta V. Naszályi, whose office raised the rent of the business by one hundred and fifty percent without deliberation, and the Budavar municipality also imposed a fine of millions on them for use without a legal title, because their lease contract had expired in the meantime. written by the Magyar Nemzet.

In the meantime, the owners continued to pay the rent for the premises, so the municipality did not suffer from this. The company knew they had a live contract because they were constantly receiving inflation-tracking invoices from the local authority.

- We were also confused by the fact that, according to the previous, usual procedure, the employees of the municipality contacted us personally even before the expiration date, carried out a condition assessment, requested zero certificates, and concluded the new contract in consultation with us - wrote the owner of the pastry shop on his social media page.

However, this did not happen during the reign of mayor Márta V. Naszályi.

According to László Böröcz, the president of Fidesz in the 1st district, the heartlessness with which the mayor and the left-wing leadership approached the matter is shocking.

"Márta V. Naszályi abuses her power and decides on important issues as she pleases," stated the president of the local Fidesz party. The mayor briefly responded to this on his social media page:

there is no Ruszwurm case and no Asztalka case, but a Fidesz campaign of lies.

As is well known: the oldest pastry shop in the 1st district, Ruszwurm, . Owner Miklós Szamos claimed to Index that in exchange for financial support, Márta V. Naszályi promised that she would not move the Korona and Ruszwurm confectioneries out of Buda Castle. Miklós Szamos stated: the left-liberal mayor of Budavár asked him to give money to his campaign before the 2019 municipal elections.

The 1st district representative body initiated disciplinary proceedings and set up an investigation committee, and the police also launched an investigation into the case.
