In the West Bank, Palestinians executed two Palestinian men because they believed they had collaborated with Israel.

Members of a Palestinian militant group executed two men in the West Bank city of Tulkarem on Friday night, accused of collaborating with Israel, as the crowd cheered the killings and chanted Allahu Akbar.

A Palestinian journalist in the Palestinian refugee camp, speaking on condition of anonymity, said that camp residents beat and trampled the bodies after the two men were shot in the street.

Videos show hundreds of Palestinians flocking to the camp's entrance, watching and filming with their phones as the men try to hang the mutilated bodies from a power pole.

After all this proved too difficult, the residents ended up throwing the bodies over the wall of the UN school in the camp, tying their legs to a barbed wire fence

said the journalist. According to him, they were not taken to the hospital.

Videos taken at the scene show the crowd chanting "traitor" and "Allahu akbar" ("God is greatest") at the men. It is unclear where Palestinian Authority security forces were present during the events.

The two individuals were identified as 31-year-old Hamza Mubarak and 29-year-old Azam Juabra. They were accused of providing Israel with information that led to a recent counter-terror raid that left six dead as Israel clashed with local terror groups.
