The story of 15-year-old Dafna and her sister, 8-year-old Ella, has been in the press in recent weeks.
"I can share good news with those worried about the Hungarian hostages: thanks to the mediation of the Qatari government, today more hostages were released from the captivity of Hamas, including the two children with Hungarian citizenship," the foreign minister wrote, adding:
As a result, all three Hungarian hostages who belonged to the category to be released based on the Israeli-Hamas agreement (women and children) regained their freedom.
"I expressed my gratitude to the Qatari minister of state for helping to free the Hungarian hostages as promised," said Péter Szijjártó.
