The peoples of Western Europe, censored by the left-liberal mainstream media, are actually afraid of the power emanating from the sovereign nations of the liberated Soviet bloc. Written by Tamás László.

We use the sovereign definition for states, communities, but also for individuals. It refers to a state, nation, person that is not legally limited in its ability to act, i.e. a leader in full possession of competence and decision-making ability, and even the father and mother in the family bond. It expresses independence, freedom from external influence, and the ability to self-determine.

In this matter, a two-way process is taking place in Europe today. In one of them, the European Parliament - which has no competence for this, i.e., no power of disposition - the other day voted on a report regarding the amendment of the European Treaty, or rather its demand for a radical change (a completely new European Constitution).

According to this, 267 amendments would be introduced to the basic treaties, according to which the powers of the EU institutions would be expanded, and the obligation of unanimous decision-making would be abolished in 65 areas.

This aspiration aims at the creation of the United States of Europe, mainly on the part of the left-liberal decision-makers of the western half of Europe. All of this fundamentally affects the sovereignty of the nations that make up the European Union and violates their self-determination. So far, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia - that is, the Visegrád Four - and Austria have protested against this. Jaroslaw Kaczynski stated bluntly that "this madness must be stopped", which he believed could lead to the liquidation of the Polish state (Hungarian, Czech, Slovak, Austrian and all the others).

The other process has a completely different orientation: this is the Hungarian sovereignty protection law, which is aimed at strengthening the capacity for national self-determination. It is originally intended to radically limit the acquisition of external influence by internal agents, so that external powers are not able to exert pressure on domestic elections with financial means and in other ways.

But it is about much more than that, about the struggles of Hungarians for their sovereignty throughout their history, serious wars and freedom struggles, if necessary, but now with different means.

In terms of sovereignty, there is a clear East-West fault line in Europe. The former communist/socialist zone of influence stretches from the Baltics to the Balkans, and a clear border of sovereignty has emerged between the countries of the East and the countries of the West, which, to use Spengler's expression, are "turning to dusk". At "dusk", the West gives up its sovereignty, at "dawn", the East wants to strengthen it. After all, the idea of the United States of Europe is brought up by those whose sense of self-identity has been exhausted, eroded, and who have given up their original values. Because sovereignty is closely related to identity.

A sovereign is someone who has a sure, stable sense of self-identity, who knows their values, and attaches great importance to it, because it permeates their entire life. It also ensures that you can protect your interests arising from your values. It gives you ammunition to take on, to fight for them.

The left-liberal West, which makes man himself a game of gender, wanting to eliminate man and woman, man who wants to be completed in his original creation, is doomed to death. The Western Europe that gives up its Christian roots, which has kept it alive for two millennia, and exposes itself to the terror of immigrants with a foreign culture and illegal migrants, will slowly be absorbed into the sea of Muslims who live their sovereignty every day. E

The current leaders of Europe, under left-liberal terror, are sacrificing Europe itself on the altar of the "logic" of war, because they are unable to stop the war raging in our immediate neighborhood, at the mercy of the interests of the arms manufacturers and the USA, who wish to maintain the Russian-Ukrainian war for as long as possible, because the their business interests demand it.

About this Europe, Viktor Orbán stated the other day in connection with the 90th anniversary of the conservative Weltwoche in independent, neutral Switzerland, that "Europe has lost its capacity for self-determination."

Sovereignty gives confidence, faith and authenticity. Respect surrounds the one who stands up for his values and interests - at least in the depths of his soul.

The fact that Hungary is the first for us does not take away the sovereignty of other countries, in fact!

For the western half of the divided Europe, sovereignty does not mean much due to the eroded sense of identity, for the eastern half, the incredibly colorful world from the Baltic to the Balkans is about preserving and strengthening identity and sovereignty. The western half of Europe could learn from this, but it doesn't. He forgot that sovereignty is defined in space and time, that it is carried by people living in a national existence, lived in their history and in their specific culture. They do not know that sovereignty, belonging to the nation, and the ability to self-determine are incredibly great resources for the individual, the small community, the nation, and the nation's elected leaders. That is why we say that sovereignty, the capacity for firm, confident self-determination, is a special gift of fate and life.

The peoples of Western Europe, censored by the left-liberal mainstream media, are actually afraid of the power emanating from the sovereign nations of the liberated Soviet bloc.

They are afraid of the bubble that they have drawn themselves, and they can no longer see out of it. In this situation, only blackmail, violence, ultimatums, and sanctions remain, and they want to act with powerful words against sovereign nations. They do not understand the organic relationship between the part and the whole. The fact that a stable and continuously built identity over generations (of which we Hungarians have only apparently been left out, and only temporarily) ensures that we offer our values to the common with our stable sovereignty, thus creating the whole, that unity, which is the Europe of Nations.

Our narrower environment can be a strong example of all this. The Carpathian basin – the Carpathian homeland inhabited by many peoples – is a unified historical and cultural space, in which the new powers that dominate former Hungarian territories should incorporate the Hungarian identity into their own, just as we do theirs.

With this, both the Hungarians and the states of the so-called successor states can only win in terms of their sovereignty. The disunity and mutual loss of sovereignty after Trianon can be healed in this way. We have already missed many chances, perhaps now is the opportunity to patiently rebuild the self-determination of the entire Carpathian basin, without giving up.

When it comes to fear, the non-sovereign should be feared, because the self-surrender is the one who changes his opinion at any time, his identity is eroded, he easily changes his cloak, he does not belong anywhere.

Non-sovereign nations are a threat to Europe as a whole. Perhaps we can understand the significance of this more easily if we translate it to the level of the individual: non-sovereign personalities are dangerous to their own narrower community, above all to their family.

Because the lack of real sovereign fathers and sovereign mothers will be suffered by their children and future generations as well. For this reason, the future generation loses its confidence, decision-making, i.e. self-determination in the important facts of life, above all in the acceptance of life.

When it comes to sovereignty, our greatest example and main teacher is Christianity, and Jesus himself stands at the peak of Christian sovereignty. The Son of God is the most sovereign because he gave his life for his friends. When we talk about sovereignty, this is the point of alignment, from which the surest self-identity and the most decisive capacity for self-determination can be derived. Approaching Christmas, we should look at the huge waves around us in this way...
