Recently, the Firewall Group noticed another interesting article related to the Soros empire on the website of the German constitutional law portal, Verfassungsblog.de .

Verfassungsblog.de is one of the best-known German constitutional law opinion portals. Hungarian-related articles also regularly appear on the blog, but almost exclusively in a harshly biased tone criticizing the right-wing Hungarian government. The Firewall Group discovered that some of the legal reform plans prepared by the Kúria mysteriously appeared on the German blog - despite the fact that it has not yet been made public, meaning that the information contained in the article is classified as confidential information.

One of the researchers of the Eötvös Károly Közpolitikai Intézet (EKINT), one of György Soros' organizations in Hungary, founded by the speculator's foundation and financed with tens of millions, published a derogatory article about our country on the German legal portal.

The author, Ágnes Kovács, is a lecturer at ELTE, and the head of the university's law department is Balázs Majtényi, who is the son of the president of the Eötvös Károly Institute, László Majtényi. In addition, the young instructor is also connected to the organization, as he is a staff member and researcher at the Károly Eötvös Institute.

In an article that generously treats objectivity and impartiality as the guiding principles expected in professional analyses, the author states that András Zs. Varga, the president of the Court, "wants to take revenge for the dissenting opinions" by amending the case distribution system. "According to his plan, II. council will be abolished in its current form, and the judges will be transferred to various other judging bodies of the Administrative College of the Kúria. The II. the official reason for the dissolution of the panel is to fill the vacant judicial positions in panel I, where two judges will retire at the beginning of 2024," writes Ágnes Kovács.

How did the details of the Kúria reform come into the possession of a Soros organization?

In itself, it raises questions as to why and how reorganizations in order to fill the vacant judicial positions due to retirements can be evaluated as "revenge" or "undermining the independence of individual judges - without reasonable reasons". However, according to the Firewall Group

it is even more worrying that the Court has not yet made public its plans for the amendment of the case distribution system, which means that the information stated in the article is classified as confidential information.

Information that the author could have obtained with the help of either a researcher of an NGO or an internal informant (or in the worst case, a judge who grossly violated his official duties).

The special significance of the case is that, according to press reports

essentially, the European Commission was only waiting for information about the Kúria's case distribution system regarding the unfreezing of frozen Hungarian cohesion funds.

CLV of 2009 on the protection of classified data in Hungary. law stipulates that classified data are protected in order to protect Hungary's interests, fulfill the state's international commitments, and ensure the performance of state and public tasks. Based on the principle of necessary knowledge, such information can only be obtained by those for whom it is absolutely necessary for the performance of their state or public duties.

Furthermore, according to the principle of confidentiality, classified data cannot become accessible or known to unauthorized persons.

In addition, it is also important to note that CLXII of 2011 on the legal status and remuneration of judges. according to the first paragraph of § 37 of the law, the judge is obliged to preserve the classified data during his service relationship and after its termination, only a body defined by law can grant an exemption from confidentiality.

If the suspicions are confirmed, and the confidants of the Soros network are really embedded in the Kúria, or have sources that are willing to leak confidential information to them, then we can witness another attack on national integrity, emphasizes the blog of the Firewall Group.

The Court issued a statement

"During the autumn, the boards of the Kúria deliberated on the case distribution order of the Kúria effective from January 1, 2024. The meetings are not open to the public. The President of the Court has not yet made a decision on the Order of Assignment. In the case of the disclosure of information belonging exclusively to the Curia, the competent administrative manager is conducting an investigation," they wrote.
