The State Secretariat for National Policy of the Prime Minister provides twenty million HUF emergency support to the Tamási Áron High School in Székelyudvarhely through the Association of Hungarian Teachers in Romania.

The State Secretariat reminded that a part of the student dormitory of the Tamási Áron High School in Székelyudvarhely collapsed on December 18. The ruins buried four students under them, one of them died, the doctors are fighting for the life of a female student, two suffered minor injuries.

As a result of the tragic accident, the boarding students who were not currently in the destroyed rooms of the dormitory suffered significant material damage, their daily belongings (laptops, telephones, musical instruments of students receiving art training) were lost.

To replace these, the State Secretariat for National Policy decided to award HUF 20 million in emergency support, which will be delivered to the institution through the Association of Hungarian Teachers in Romania, trusting that the students' equipment will be procured and delivered to those in need by the beginning of the new year.
