The 59-year-old actor was photographed limping with crutches and an ice pack tied around his knees on the set of his latest film, Good Fortune, in Los Angeles.
Keanu was visibly struggling to avoid even the smallest road obstacles, and on one occasion he almost fell through the cables on the set.

The actor may have been injured while filming a scene, as his outfit was more like a movie costume than the star's own style.
Reeves is already used to the fact that accidents do happen on set, especially in an action movie.
Speaking to ComicBook last year, he said that during the filming of John Wick, he accidentally injured someone and another worker was hit by a car and had to be taken to the hospital.
It is not yet known if Reeves' new role, Good Fortune, will feature stunts and action scenes, as the plot is still shrouded in mystery.
The film is directed by Aziz Ansari, who also stars in the film and wrote the screenplay. In addition to Keanu, Seth Rogen's name is also in the cast.
