Katalin Novák did not pardon a pedophile, she only shortened the sentence of the remaining person, who was released anyway. And the opposition, which is now roaring, is not interested in the facts. Written by György Tóth Jr.

Oh, it came to them like manna from heaven. Again, a "case" that they can blow up, for which they can organize angry actions and in which they can distort reality as they can. That is, with a thousand that fit on the tube.

Yes, this "case" was sent to them by divine grace. At last, something they can pounce on like guinea fowls do, turning every half-truth into a vile lie. As long as this story can be floated, the public will not deal with the rolling dollars, the non-existent boxes of micro-donations, or even the suspected corruption case of Lánchíd.

What happened?

The President of the Republic Katalin Novák pardoned a person who tried to cover up the pedophile case of the director of the children's home in Bicske. By blackmail and attempted bribery. What is not an unforgivable crime is not so much that it is completely indifferent to why it was committed. Perhaps he is a servile person, so as deputy director, he tried to serve his boss. He might have been her best friend, or he might have wanted to prevent their institution from getting a bad name. The fact that he committed the acts he is accused of is irrelevant.

Did they get caught? Yes, go. Was he brought to court? Yes, they did. Convicted? Of course. Was it cut to pieces? But how! The final sentence was 3 years and 4 months and he went to prison. Then, 9 months before the end of his sentence, according to the decision of the penitentiary - thanks to his good behavior - he was able to get out from behind bars and was put under house arrest.

So, at the time of the clemency decision, he was de facto no longer in prison.

And there was something else he wasn't: a pedophile. He was a criminal, it is true, but he did not corrupt children. Of course, this does not mean that what he did cannot be accepted, but he did not do what the opposition and its slave press are now trying to make it look like.

Our profession has tricks, of which you can use fair and unfair ones. The most disgusting thing is when they use the "he was involved in the coat theft" method, which is exactly what they are doing in this case.

At the very least, the phrase "accomplice of the pedophile" is used, as this suggests that the pedophile also assisted in the act.

Please humbly, he would only be an accomplice if he had procured the dishonored children for his boss, or if he stood in front of the door while the perpetrator was violent inside. Just because he didn't do that doesn't make him a better person, nor does he become an accomplice. It's just dishonest. It's not good either, just different.

Máté Kocsis: The left should be very silent in the pedophile case!

The reason why the President of the Republic pardoned the man is not public information, which is a problem in this case, because in the absence of an explanation, mud can be thrown at him for weeks, while those who attack him certainly know that Katalin Novák would never have granted a pardon to a pedophile.

I say this not only because she said so, but also because it is impossible for a mother of three children to tolerate aggression against children.

Anyone who knows Katalin Novák cannot doubt this. Even those who are now trying to blackmail him, to make it seem like he supports a pedophile, know this.

It cannot be ruled out that the President of the Republic made a wrong decision, he was misinformed, but it is also possible that aspects that we do not know played a role. I only mention it in passing that I don't remember that

the same ones who are shaking their fists now would have fallen for the teaching assistant who shamelessly bragged about his 15-year-old lover.

If I'm not mistaken, he found (and was found) an excuse, because he is not a pedophile, but an ephebophile. As if it were not incidental, under what name he corrupts children.

It is also very strange that now those who did not vote for the child protection law, those who opposed the introduction of stricter punishments for pedophiles, and even those whose representative in Brussels incited and is inciting the European Parliament to fall for our child protection law, are now mad.

The facts, as Comrade Potocsnyi told dam guard József Pelikán, so the facts are stubborn things. Then let's sum it up: a person who has now been pardoned is not a pedophile, but a sinner. He did his time. Katalin Novák did not pardon a pedophile, she only shortened the sentence of the remaining person, who was released anyway. And the opposition, which is now roaring, is not interested in the facts. You cannot use them to organize a demonstration, make trouble or divert attention.

And based on the facts, you couldn't stir up a sea storm in a glass of water. That's it.
