The Chief Clerk's report prepared on the instructions of Mayor Gergely Karácsony proves that Erzsébet Gy. Németh, politician of the Democratic Coalition, stated untruths about the 2011 investigation of what happened in the children's home in Bicske, János Áder said in Kossuth radio's Sunday Newspaper program.

The former President of the Republic said that the 21-page report records that: in 2011, his sister, who worked as the head of the department of the mayor's office, informed the then chief clerk in a memo that due to a public interest report concerning the director of the orphanage in Bicske - on the basis of which the suspicion of a crime against the children under his care also arose - they started the preparation of the report. He added:

based on the report, an investigation was later launched.

János Áder reminded: Gy. Erzsébet Németh accused her sister that in 2011, when she first suspected that the head of the orphanage in Bicske was committing a pedophile act, her sister did nothing. The former head of state noted that, based on the report of the chief registrar, he is curious to see what the DK politician will say in court in the proceedings due to his statements.

DK's poster offends everyone

According to the former president of the republic, "God! Home! Pedophilia?” poster campaign message with the slogan that everyone is a member of the "pedophile network" often mentioned by the party since then, who once shook hands with Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, stayed in the same airspace, or possibly voted for him. He believed that this poster not only attacks Viktor Orbán, but also seriously insults the supporters of Fidesz. He added that it is no coincidence that, in addition to Anna Donáth (Momentum), other opposition politicians had a devastating opinion of the campaign.

János Áder, regarding the fact that DK classifies him as a "pedophile network" because the former director of the home received the Hungarian Bronze Cross of Merit in 2016, said: based on the recommendations of the respective professional organizations, the minister prepares a proposal for the awards to the prime minister. The Prime Minister then makes a proposal to the Head of State to award the awards. The former president of the republic stated that during his term of office, the number of such awards was given annually between 370 and 520.

The opposition also supported the award

A year before the former director received the Cross of Merit, the capital awarded him the István Bárczy Award. The award of János V, who was serving a prison sentence for pedophilia, was also supported by Erzsébet Gy. Németh and Gergely Karácsony - reminded János Áder. He noted: if the "reasoning" of the DK politician is true, he himself has become part of the "pedophile network".

According to press reports, V. János was employed in 1990, during the time of Gábor Demszky, and even before 2011 there were suspicions of his behavior endangering minors. Although Erzsébet Gy. Németh was a member of the Capital Assembly several times in these 21 years, nothing happened. On the other hand, in 2011, during the mayorship of István Tarlós, the capital initiated criminal proceedings - emphasized the former head of state.

Viktor Orbán could not have known about this

According to János Áder, "he is 1000 percent sure that the Prime Minister was not aware of the pardon case concerning K. Endré, he also learned about it from the press." As he said, even his opponents admit that Viktor Orbán is out of his mind, so there is no sane person who would assume that if they had been informed about K. Endre's request for clemency, the Prime Minister would not have opposed it.

The DK's campaign is not about the child, not about the innocent victims, but about Ferenc Gyurcsány's 14-year series of failures, his immeasurable frustration, about the fact that the DK has no program and nothing meaningful to say to the voters

- declared János Áder.

With this, DK launched its election campaign for the European Parliament and local government.

What Ferenc Gyurcsány can present to his own political community "can be called many things, but certainly not a success story".

That is why this will be the campaign theme, said the former head of state.

The Ferenc Gyurcsánys rely on the fact that the lawsuits started due to the statements of the DK politicians will drag on and will not be completed until the elections. And if the court sentences Erzsébet Gy. Németh and Klára Dobrev to a fine, they will collect it, there will surely be "rolling dollars, rolling euros" here too, he said.
