There would be a need for a European peace march, where the leaders of the pro-peace nations would primarily have their place, writes László Csizmadia, president of CÖF-CÖKA, in his blog post.

Not all politicians are gifted talents. Many people cannot ensure their livelihood after losing their prime. If they are out of the media's sphere of interest, they feel a sense of absence, and the interest in them falls out of their lives. However, the worst thing is when the well-paying jobs cannot be replaced either.

It seems that Emmanuel Macron is forced to take stock of his future. Looking at it from a civilian perspective, we can see that its popularity among French society is declining, its great predecessor, e.g. He is far behind the skills of Charles de Gaulle or Francois Mitterrand.

The time of the end of his mandate is approaching. He was also unable to excel in solving the problems of the yellow vests and village farmers. His party's support is barely measurable. The French strongly believe that they deserve better.

Leaving aside his self-revision, President Macron has gone astray on a Napoleonic path. It is a significant difference that he does not have an army of 500,000, and his role as a general is not accepted by Germany and Italy either.

Then "quo vadis", Mr President?

The peoples of Europe have no intention of continuous warfare, let alone a possible world war.

Sending the lives of twenty thousand Frenchmen to death is irresponsible. Perhaps it is not too late to suggest a better way for Emmanuel Macron. We Hungarians, the I. and II. losers of World War I, maybe we can do it after learning the lessons. We believe that standing by our pro-peace is the way to go.

The EU bureaucracy avoids asking the opinion of its citizens directly. Research shows that the majority of us reject war. We believe that following the principle of popular sovereignty would indicate wisdom.

He advocated a ceasefire in the Ukrainian-Russian war. The key to peace is in the hands of the USA and Russia. The European Union must provide suitable conditions for all of this.

A European peace march would be needed, where the leaders of the pro-peace nations would have the primary place. The citizens of Hungary already have experience in organizing. We would be happy to sign the invitation letters.

The Union's pro-war bureaucrats still have until June 9, 2024 to choose between good and bad. It may be just a dream, but it is not impossible. There was an opportunity to come together for peace and put an end to the useless killing. The day of the European Union representative elections could thus become a holiday.

We could listen to the reassuring words of the leaders of the nations fighting for peace in Budapest, in front of the Parliament. The dreams of more than four hundred million European citizens could come true. Their followers could come from the 27 member states of the Union on the historic peace march, there would be about a million of us, the guardians and defenders of Europe. We would hand over a well-deserved laurel wreath to Europe's sober leaders.

The Mass for Paris should be about this in the big cities of Europe.
