The sad and depressing news in Hungary of the last few weeks is that the piano in the Lotz hall of the Keleti railway station was smashed by unknown perpetrators. Therefore, following the idea of Dr. György Temesszentandrasi, we recommend that we create the source for another piano together!

If someone doesn't know what it's about.

We visit the railway station a couple of times a month, and on one occasion, about half a year ago, we noticed that there was a piano in the corner of the Károly Lotz hall. And anyone can play it. And from then on, whenever we went there, we were almost always accompanied by cheerful piano sounds. We never dreamed that so many people could play so beautifully.

They brought joy to themselves and gave joy in the process. Selflessly, without any obligation. Children played music here, we saw a gentleman in a suit who put down his briefcase and played music. Policemen played four-handed on him. The fact that this music has spread beyond the borders, and has even been heard about in Japan, is just icing on the cake.

This shared joy was taken away from us, stripped of themselves...

No, we don't hurt animals, they wouldn't do that. This is the scum, this is the characteristic of the mob. We hope the authorities will find the people living in the no-man's house.

On the contrary, the news is that the piano cannot be repaired, so it will be shipped.

The hooligans attacked Keleti pályaudvar's piano with Flex

And then it's like evil won again. Because it's not just a piano. Also about how you can find beauty in life, that it was a good feeling to finally see a selfless initiative. Like in the movie "Prisoners of Hope", when Mozart's music plays in the prison yard. This piano was also about the future. About the kind of country we want to live in.

Therefore, we recommend starting a civil initiative to bring a piano back here.

Gather the resources needed for this and the surveillance cameras. Because this also shows that we won't give up. That we will not give in to aimless destruction. And maybe one day there will be a world at home where we can remove the security cameras above the piano...
