The foreign minister poured clean water into the glass, even though the reporter must have misunderstood something.
In a video published on his social media page, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó pulled the lid off the discrediting campaign that is taking place against Hungary on various surfaces, headlines and programs of the Western media.
In one of the video clips, the presenter Viktor Orbán goes around and interprets the statement that: "we must occupy Brussels!". "We, who belong to the sovereignist camp, say that more powers should not be transferred from the member states to Brussels, because that would involve giving up a large part of our sovereignty. We do not support this.
Therefore, we hope that the sovereignist political forces and the sovereignist political parties will achieve a large-scale victory in the next European Parliament elections"

The presenter finally concluded: "so the occupation of Brussels is not about taking over the presidency with Hungarian military units." To this absurd suggestion, Péter Szijjártó only replied: "You can take this for sure, you can take this for granted."
