It is an interesting coincidence that the savior of the left waved just that: he would cancel Fidesz's anti-war campaign.

Facebook deleted the recording of Prime Minister Viktor Orbán's speech at the peace march from the social media page of M1 Híradó, Híradó.hu reported. Facebook justified the decision by saying that, according to it, symbols related to persons and organizations classified as dangerous were shared on the recording, and dangerous persons and organizations were glorified and supported.

Although the video was later made available again, the decision still points in a dangerous direction in the election campaign.

Because on Saturday, right after the peace march, Péter Magyar demanded the government to stop the anti-war campaign in his online press conference.

At the same time, Péter Magyar said that he will turn to the media authority in the matter and sue Viktor Orbán, the Prime Minister of Hungary, for spreading scaremongering.

We will also write a formal request to all social media platforms where these ads go to take them down

said the self-proclaimed liberal politician.

All of this is also interesting because Dóra Dávid, the legal advisor of Meta, which owns Facebook, is also in second place on Péter Magyar's European Parliament list.

In 2014, she was an intern at Advocates for International Development. It is hard to consider it a coincidence that one of the partners of the mentioned organization is currently the law firm of Jenner&Block, David Pressman. In 2014, Soros's Open Society Initiative and Amnesty International, also financed by the billionaire speculator, were their partners.

After that, Dóra Dávid worked for almost a year in 2015 at the NGO Save the Children, which since 2016 has received support several times from György Soros' Open Society Foundations (OSF).

The lawyer has been living abroad since the age of 16, and obtained his legal qualifications in England and Germany.

He has been employed by several large companies, and is currently a legal advisor to Facebook/Meta.

All of this in itself raises a lot of questions, including the role of the most important social media in the campaign, its future European regulation, and the competition of candidates running under equal conditions.

At the same time, Dóra Dávid has not yet undertaken any public appearances where it would be possible to ask him about his life path, his connections with Soros and his role at Facebook's parent company.

In summary: as soon as he saw the crowds of the Peace March, Péter Magyar immediately proposed stopping the anti-war campaign.

Based on his proposal, it seems that Magyar has become a tool of the pro-war forces, whom they want to use to ban anti-war voices in Hungary and to silence those who speak against the war.
